Are you deliberate with your health, or does it tend to be an after-thought? Your health is tied to your overall performance and productivity. You need to have a plan and a strategy to ensure that you’re being your best self. Small changes and goals, combined with consistency, can result in a substantial improvement over time. Make a commitment to give 10 minutes a day to physical activity.
