Welcoming Joseph Wiseman to the AIP Team!!
We are excited and happy to welcome Joseph Wiseman to the Always in Pursuit Team! He will be joining our team as an editor and will be also providing occasional blog posts on a variety of topics to bring additional value to the content delivered by AIP.
Hello everyone! My name is Joseph Wiseman and I'm extremely excited to join the AIP team as an editor and occasional blogger! I currently serve as a First Sergeant at the 7th Army Noncommissioned Officer Academy and have been in the Army for 17 years. I have served in various leadership roles and have experienced many diverse assignments that have taught me a lot about myself as a leader and a human being. I love to travel all over the world and pride myself in being an avid sports fan.
I'm also married to my amazing wife Victoria and am a father to our two daughters, Tarah and Teagan. My family is the most important thing to me, they are my foundation and support for all I do. A motto that I've developed over my time in the Army and have mentioned at a few of my Change of Responsibilities is this, “The NCO may be the backbone of the Army, but family is the backbone of the NCO.”
I’m thrilled to share some lessons learned (the good, the bad, and the ugly) and how we can leverage some of our experiences to grow as professionals and as members of society. I especially want to thank Mike Burke for the opportunity to be a part of this amazing team. I look forward to sharing this journey with the AIP team and all of our amazing fans!
