As a leader or colleague do you strive to create a work environment that promotes effort and work ethic? Or are their micro-cultures that exist that discriminate against: race, creed, sex or religion. We can do the easy thing and wave this off, by saying it doesn’t apply. We need to do the hard thing and ask ourselves the tough question: can people “Just work”?
