Steve is a remarkable mentor and leader, in this episode, we talked about his time in uniform, new projects and origins of Doctrine man. When reflecting on his time in service he talked about a few of the mentors that helped him learn about leadership and the art of listening. All of which have stuck with him throughout his life.
