LTC (R) Oak McCulloh retired from the United States Army after 23 years of service. Oak spent his last years in the Army and time since focusing on entry level leadership. Arming them with the mindsets and tools to become leaders that leave legacies. In this Episode Oak and Mike discuss leadership in and out of the Army. Culture of organizations and how we leave imprints of others that last them a lifetime.
