Azimuth Check Week 31

When failure happens, we have an opportunity to grow. We absolutely CANNOT miss this chance to learn from our mistakes, and maybe more importantly, help *others* to learn so they don’t end up with the same scar tissue we carry. Failure can be personally and professionally embarrassing, but not being transparent about failure – not being willing to pass on what you know because of the experience – is even worse. This week, look at the lessons we’ve learned through failure. Are you repeating your mistakes? Are you sharing your hard-earned lessons with others to help them avoid similar failures? If not, what’s stopping you?
