Azimuth Check Week 29

Like many leaders, I sometimes struggle with managing time. I’ve heard for years the old saying - “if you don’t control your time, someone else will.” One way I’ve found to help me structure my time is to ask myself a very important question: “what is it that only *I* can do?” This is an important question - because the one resource we can’t replace is time. We're all only given a limited amount of it -- and we generally don’t know that number. So in the absence of that number, use the time you have wisely. I set benchmarks for tasks, set time goals, and backwards plan from that goal. It helps me, and i hope it’ll help you.
